Job Description
As a Credit Clerk you would oversee the company's lending process, from evaluating what type of credit would be best for the customer, evaluating the client's credit worthiness and approving or rejecting loans, setting loan terms and finalizing paperwork.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer Service to both our internal and external customers.
Conduct discovery in-person, over the phone, and/or via e-mail to assess customer issues.
Develop and implement the appropriate action plan necessary to satisfy customer issues.
Evaluate clients' credit worthiness.
Approve or reject loan requests, negotiate loan terms, prepare loan documents
General office duties, as required such as taking payments, data entry, answering phones, checking deliveries, and helping on the sales floor when needed.
