Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include handling transactions, assisting customers with product inquiries, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Checking 4473 Paperwork.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate items.
- Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer service standards.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE A VALID FOID CARD!!! Validity will be checked prior to the interview
-MUST be 21 Years or Older
- MUST have knowledge of firearms.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and retail math is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about products and services offered to effectively assist customers.
