What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Supervisor / Operations Manager position at D&S Landscaping of CNY inc.?
We are looking for a strong leader to take control of day-to-day job site operations and crew performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for making sure jobs are done right, on time, and that crews are working efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily job sites and crew performance
- Ensure work is completed correctly, safely, and on schedule
- Hold crews accountable for productivity and quality
- Communicate with ownership on progress, issues, and scheduling
- Train and guide crew members when needed
- Step in and help on jobs when necessary

- Strong leadership and ability to manage a team
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or masonry preferred
- Masonry experience is a big plus
- Someone who takes pride in quality work and runs a tight job site
