Job Summary

Duties
- Construct, assemble, and finish cabinets and furniture according to detailed specifications.
- Utilize various power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and join materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure adherence to standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use.
- Assist with installation of cabinets and related fixtures as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques for continuous improvement in craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cabinet making or related carpentry work is preferred.
- Proficiency with power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders is essential.
- Knowledge of construction estimating, stucco application, maintenance person skills, mold remediation, door hanging, frame carpentry, drywall installation, water damage restoration, and masonry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials as required.
