- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation
- Help coordinate training and development programs
- Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct questions to appropriate HR team members
- Support benefits administration and HR compliance activities
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous internship or work experience in an office environment
- Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
