Warranty Administrator

Job description:

D-Patrick Evansville Ford is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to fill our Warranty Administrator position. As a Warranty Administrator at D-Patrick Evansville Ford your responsibilities will include the following:

• Properly code and book all warranty repairs as per factory guidelines
• Communicate with service for any clarifications regarding work orders
• Ensure there is a client signature on all warranty repair orders
• Notice any discrepancies before submitting warranty. Such as items that are not covered by factory warranty
• Have any add on warranty repair lines authorized by management
• Submit all warranty tickets for Ford and Lincoln lines in a timely fashion
• Keep all warranty schedules current and up to date
• Keep the service schedule current and up to date
• Move any parts necessary to the correct lines on the repair orders
• Backs up cashier office as needed
• Requires being at work on time
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
