D-Patrick Lebanon Ford is looking to add to our team of Technicians.
Summary: Will be dispatched to either a customer's home or place of work where light repair work will be performed. This work will include: certain recalls, software updates, brakes, certain accessories, batteries, wipers, filters, lamps, plugs, belts.
The right candidate will need to have all of these qualifications:
- 5 year experience minimum in automotive repair
- Be comfortable and able to drive a fully loaded full size Ford Transit
- A certain level of people skills, as this is a partially customer facing position
- Ability to self-manage, as they will be in the field 90% of the time
- Ability to self-motivate, they will be responsible for their own productivity.
