Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, is for a Commercial HVAC Service Technician. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, performing maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The technician will be expected to adhere to industry standards and ensure all work meets safety and environmental compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in HVAC systems
- Strong skills in maintenance and repair, including experience with preventive maintenance procedures
- Knowledge of EPA regulations and the ability to adhere to safety and environmental compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service excellence
- Technical certification or licensure related to HVAC systems is preferred
- Previous experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
