Originating as an on-site mobile pool water testing business, we’ve blossomed into three retail stores, complete construction and service of residential and commercial pools, in addition to our growing retail internet business. About the Opportunity

You will facilitate the dispatch of our service technicians to our residential and commercial customers for pool service (opening, closings and needed maintenance) and repairs of pool equipment. In this role, you will schedule our service professional’s and respond to requests on a timely basis. You must ensure that a service team attends to each customer. In addition, you will organize and schedule our service calls.

You will work closely with our office administrator to ensure customers are properly invoiced, payments are made and supply purchase orders are completed. If you are customer focused, have excellent computer skills, reliable and organized, this job may be for you.

More Details

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer job sites (residential and commercial).
• Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and advising them as necessary.
• Respond quickly and politely to customer phone calls and emails, pro-actively interacting with our service and repair department.
• Receive equipment for repair and send to in house technicians, create and process purchase orders.
• Partner closely and develop strong working relationships with teammates to complete necessary work.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of work-related experience in customer service advisory role.
• Experience at a dealership or trades contractor a plus.
• Proven excellent verbal and communication skills, flexible team-oriented individual.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to pivot quickly.
• Strong computer skills, including Quickbooks, Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Punctuality and reliability.
