What are the responsibilities and job description for the Energetic FOH & Expo Crew Member- AM Shifts & Weekend position at Döner Haus?
Good food moves fast at Döner Haus and we’re looking for someone who can keep up! If you’re outgoing, organized, and enjoy making customers feel welcome, we’d love to meet you. You’ll be the friendly face at the counter and the final check before every order heads out.
What you’ll do
- Bring positive energy to every shift and greet every customer with a big smile.
- Greet guests, take orders, answer questions and handle payments.
- Pack orders accurately and double-check delivery bags before handing them to drivers.
- Keep your station stocked, clean and ready for the next rush.
- Work with the kitchen and your teammates to keep service running smoothly.
What we’re looking for
- Age 18 or older.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Available for weekends and late-night shifts, including 6pm - 3am.
- Positive energy and strong customer service skills.
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Strong communication skills and a neat, professional appearance.
- POS experience, especially with Toast, and cash-handling experience are pluses.
- Able to stand for extended periods during a shift.

- Locations: Hell’s Kitchen and East Village, NYC
- Pay: Starting at $17/hour, plus cash tips
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time; temporary opportunities may be available
