What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair complex systems: electrical, refrigeration & HVAC, propane, plumbing, mechanical applications, network systems & robotics, carpentry, fiberglass repair, appliances.
- You'll handle challenging diagnostics, consult with customers, execute expert-level repairs. Shop work, outdoor work, field work. Variety keeps it interesting.

Who We're Looking For
- Experienced in RV repair, automotive, HVAC, marine, construction, or related trades
- Proven diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

- Can work independently or in teams with minimal supervision
- Have career goals you're serious about achieving
Requirements:
- 2 years hands-on experience in related field (RV, automotive, HVAC, marine, construction)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Self-starter with team bias
Compensation & Benefits
Pay:
- $800-$1,800/week (based on capabilities)
- Performance bonuses available
- Optional certification for increased pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Seldom extended days to complete a task.
