As Assistant Kitchen Manager, your primary objective is to coordinate efforts with the Kitchen Manager to maintain the highest quality products possible and maintain a low food and labor cost consistent with company standards. The Assistant Kitchen Manager also helps to develop a well-trained staff, capable of preparing great food consistently. The Assistant Kitchen Manager is expected to do everything in his/her power, without hesitation, to ensure that every meal prepared is to the best of their ability.

D. Michael B's is located in the Viking Plaza Mall or next to the Albertville Premium Outlets. Offering a full menu that is sure to please, along with a gluten free menu. All of our soups and sauces are made from scratch daily.
