As a ‘Technical’ PM, you will be adept at identifying dependencies and technical risks that affect the program. As a ‘Program Manager’ you will be developing execution plans, creating milestones, and tracking progress.

Customer Program Manager
In this role, you will enable flawless execution of our AI hardware and software products from ideation to launch. What You Will Do
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery. Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
- Define and track key performance indicators and quality metrics.
- Articulate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, organizational-wide challenges and bottlenecks that may affect product delivery or quality.
- Be a trusted partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical discussions and drive sound decisions.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define needs to support strategic planning and execution as well as program requirements, resourcing and scope.
- Develop processes and frameworks that facilitate product-related goal setting, decision making, and business impact.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field least 15 years of industry experience in software / systems engineering, or product technical product/program management, preferably in the AI hardware/software domain OR MS degree preferred in engineering, computer science, or related field least 10 years of industry experience in software / systems engineering, or product technical product/program management, preferably in the AI hardware/software domain
- Strong knowledge of AI hardware technologies, architectures, and applications
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Master's degree or PhD in engineering, computer science, or related field
- Certification in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Experience in leading complex and large-scale hardware/software projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders and external partners
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration including product management and engineering to drive product impact.
