Responsibilities of the Fiber Sales Representative
- Introduce customers to Frontier fiber internet services, features, and current promotions through engaging conversations.
- Ask the right questions to understand what customers need from their home internet experience.
- Help customers compare available speeds and service options based on their connectivity needs.
- Make technical information approachable by explaining fiber features and benefits in clear, everyday language.
- Recommend personalized solutions that give customers confidence in the services they're choosing.
- Guide interested customers through enrollment while keeping the process simple, accurate, and professional.
- Connect with customers throughout the Tampa community as part of ongoing in-person outreach initiatives.
- Continue developing as a Fiber Sales Representative through coaching, feedback, and practical experience.
Qualifications of the Fiber Sales Representative
- Confident communicator who enjoys meeting and talking with new people.
