Customer Account Associate Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with customers to manage and maintain individual accounts while supporting daily sales goals
- Meet in person with customers to learn their needs, preferences, and recommend tailored sales solutions
- Build strong relationships through consistent follow-up, account support, and customer-focused sales conversations
- Assist customers with account updates, product education, and service options to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience and strengthen overall sales performance
Customer Account Associate Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and confidence in in-person sales interactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn account management and sales fundamentals
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced, team-driven sales environment
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow into higher-level sales and account-focused opportunities
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week
