Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and account management strategies. This role requires a blend of outside sales expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and chefs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads in the restaurant and foodservice sector.
  • Present and promote our product line, highlighting eco-friendly and cost-saving advantages.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information using Microsoft software, such as Excel and Word.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, prior experience in the restaurant, foodservice, or hospitality industry (sales or management background preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and close deals with business clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple accounts.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client visits.
  • Bilingual (English/Chinese or English/Spanish) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and supply chain.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
