HVACR Pipefitter

Job Summary
We are seeking a few skilled and dedicated HVACR Pipefitters for a 3 month job in Tampa Florida. We understand a temporary job is not ideal and are willing to pay a premium for inconvenience. We are building a new supermarket and looking for a few pipe fitters to assist our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing piping systems used in refrigeration (HVACR) applications. Your expertise will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and safely, adhering to industry standards and codes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a new supermarket project utilizing your mechanical knowledge and technical skills to deliver top-quality results. We will have team members onsite to assist and lead the crew.

Responsibilities

• Cut, thread, bend, solder, and braze pipes using various hand tools, power tools,
• Perform pipe fitting tasks including tube bending, pipe threading, assembly, and installation in accordance with project specifications.
• Use calipers, schematics, and basic math skills to measure components precisely and ensure proper fitment.
• Rigging materials and equipment safely for lifting and positioning pipes on construction sites or manufacturing floors.
• Collaborate with team members to interpret technical drawings and schematics for complex piping layouts.
• Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols while handling hand tools, soldering equipment, welding gear, and other tools of the trade.

Experience

• Proven experience working on construction sites or manufacturing facilities as a pipefitter or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, rigging, and maintenance procedures.
• Hands-on experience with pipe threading, tube bending, soldering, use of calipers and power tools.
• Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces while following all safety guidelines.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
