Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-5pm
Job Summary:
- Promote outstanding Customer Service with a professional demeanor
- Greet customers at the dealership and handle in-bound service calls
- Assist customers with their service needs in a customer service and sales-focused atmosphere
- Forecast goals for the Parts Department
- Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the dealership
- Manage inventory levels
- Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
- Work closely with Service Manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed
- Utilize software systems to manage customer database
- Strong experience with all different types of vehicles and mechanical aptitude
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Must have valid Driver's License
- Must Pass a Background Check and Drug Test
- Must have strong written and verbal communicate skills
- Strong desire to work independently and within a team setting
- Provide continuous effort to increase customer satisfaction, sales, drive company branding and improve overall business quality
- Ability to complete accurate documents and contracts
- Prioritize effectively to maximize production time
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
