Responsibilities:
- Handle scheduling for lease inspections and returns
- Communicate with D&M sales staff, lenders, and customers regarding the status of maturing leases
- Issue notices and invoices related to end-of-lease charges, using sound discretion
- Perform monthly lender reporting and ensure accurate documentation
- Calculate payoff figures and coordinate with the accounting team for lender payments
- Track and report key metrics related to lease returns
- Strategically manage the end-of-term lease portfolio to optimize results
- Analyze gains and losses to improve financial performance
- Collaborate in a team environment and assist management as needed
- Must be comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
