D.M. Bowman, Inc., is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our team as our Customer Service Representative! Our company is a regional Transportation and Logistics Company founded in 1959, and to this day remains financially sound and continues to focus our efforts on developing long-term mutually beneficial relationships based upon comprehensive logistics solutions.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary liaison between D.M. Bowman, Inc. and the customer ensuring proactive management of all delivery services rendered by DM Bowman Inc..
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops strong business relationships with Customers communicating inbound and outbound deliveries. Proactively assist customers with service needs. Maintenance of freight order documentation and rate verification. Assist with driver load communication when needed. Assist with additional Operations duties as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- 1 year of customer service or administrative experience required
- Prior Transportation/AS400 experience highly preferable
Education:
- High School Education required

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
