Four Stars Auto Group is seeking a Title Administrator to process and complete title work for retail and wholesale sales.

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday: 8-5 pm
Pay Range:
$19-21/hour dependent on experience
Responsibilities:
•Prepares and submits all title work relating to retail and wholesale deals via WebDealer.
•Process out of state transactions.
•Calculate sales taxes, title transfer fees, registration fees, and all other applicable governmental fees.
•Identifies any missing or incorrect title documents, communicates with Sales and F&I managers, and follows up on missing paperwork.
•Ensure all title work is submitted to DMV offices within required deadlines.
•Reconciles accounting schedules, issues title work refund checks to customers as needed.
Qualifications:
•Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
•1 year or more experience in automotive title work. Bookkeeping/Accounting experience would be a plus and strongly desired
•Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•Professional appearance and strong work ethic
•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.
