Responsibilities
- Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized services.
- Sanitate tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques, including color theory.
- Upsell additional services or products that enhance the client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and client preferences.
- Assist clients with any questions or concerns regarding their nail care needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Valid Nail Technician license as required by state regulations.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices to maintain a safe workspace.
- Experience or knowledge in related areas such as hair extensions, hair styling, body waxing, or hair threading is a plus.
- Ability to perform retail math for product sales and inventory management.
