Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in West Columbia, SC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting customers with product information, and processing orders. The role requires maintaining a positive customer experience and building long-term relationships with clients. Will also involve Warehouse and Delivery work as needed.

- Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in West Columbia SC
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
- Familiarity with appliance and HVAC parts is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are desirable
