In this role, you will play an important part in keeping customer equipment operating reliably and helping maintain the high service standards clients expect from D&L LLC. This is a strong fit for an experienced HVAC professional who enjoys solving problems in the field, working across a variety of systems, and contributing to work that directly supports customer operations.
No travel - No residential service calls - Year-round full-time work - Monday through Friday schedule
Responsibilities- Respond to service calls and complete troubleshooting in a timely manner.
- Inspect, test, and service RTUs, package units, and split systems.
- Document service work performed and follow all safety procedures.
Requirements
- 3 years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC service work.
- Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, package units, and split systems.
- Commitment to safe field service practices.
- Experience mentoring entry-level technicians.
- EPA Universal certification.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
