Monday–Friday | No Travel | No Residential Work
D&L LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Supervisor to support our growing operations in the Apple Grove area! This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at troubleshooting complex mechanical systems and working on large-scale industrial equipment in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.
This is a local position only with consistent weekday hours, no travel and no residential service calls!
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial & industrial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and system inspections
- Service equipment such as RTUs, split systems, chillers and large-scale mechanical systems
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members on findings and solutions
- Accurately document service work, parts used, and recommendations
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
- 5 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience servicing commercial or industrial HVAC systems and handling commercial HVAC service calls
- Valid driver’s license (required with no DUIs in last 3 years)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Supervisory or crew-lead experience is a plus.
- Experience servicing boilers, cooling towers, VAV systems, or building controls is a plus.
- Able to explain findings and recommendations clearly to customers is a plus.
- Competitive salary of 73,000-88,000 USD/year
