We are hiring compassionate individuals for our homecare team to provide live-in care and assist clients with daily activities, comfort, and safety. This vital role supports people with diverse health needs, including disabilities and dementia. Immediate openings are available for part-time live-in cases.
Duties
- Assist client with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Help with mobility assistance, including transferring client in and out of bed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in client's home
- Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect confidentiality and privacy
- Collaborate with administrative staff to implement care plans for client
Skills
- Strong knowledge to respond effectively in urgent situations
- Proficient in providing client care tailored to individual needs, including dementia care and working with people with disabilities
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with client, family, and homecare team members
