We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Finish Technician to complete the final touches on homes, making them truly move-in ready.
Responsibilities:
- Perform drywall repairs to ensure smooth, finished surfaces.
- Install and repair interior trim, including baseboards, casing, and moldings.
- Install light fixtures and verify proper function.
- Adjust and inspect doors to ensure proper alignment and operation.
- Conduct basic plumbing and electrical testing, checking for leaks, proper water flow, and verifying power to outlets and lights.
- Ensure all work meets company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Identify and report any defects or quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in interior finish work, drywall repair, or a related field.
- Proficiency in drywall repair techniques.
- Experience installing and repairing interior trim with attention to detail.
- Ability to adjust and ensure proper door functionality (alignment, hardware installation).
- Basic knowledge of residential plumbing and electrical systems with the ability to perform testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively.
- Perform Exterior Construction when needed: which includes Decks, Siding, Skirting, Manufactured Home Installation, minor landscape, concrete forming, pouring and finishingunderground service installation and repair.
