Job Description:
Warehouse Maintenance Associate, is an opportunity we have open which include been responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and fully functional warehouse environment while supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the company. This role performs a wide variety of maintenance, groundskeeping, and facility support tasks to ensure the warehouse and surrounding property remain in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of one or more warehouses, work areas, and company properties.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment, fixtures, and facilities.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties, including mowing lawns, trimming vegetation, and maintaining outdoor areas.
- Complete General Handyman tasks and assist with preventive maintenance projects.
- Support Warehouse operations by organizing workspaces, moving materials, and assisting with facility-related needs.
- Run company errands and pick up supplies, equipment, or material as needed.
- Monitor the condition of the facility and promptly report maintenance issues or safety concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide operational support by performing additional duties and special projects assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working on both indoors and outdoors.
- Basic Knowledge of general building maintenance and repair techniques.
- Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive and team-oriented attitude.
Pay: From $9.50 per hour
