Wildlife Control Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Wildlife Control Technician to join our team. This role involves humane wildlife removal, exclusion work, and minor structural repairs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, performing hands-on labor, and dealing directly with nuisance wildlife in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Safely and humanely remove wildlife including raccoons, skunks, squirrels, opossums, foxes, coyotes, bats, and birds
• Perform property inspections to identify entry points and damage
• Install exclusion materials and complete repairs such as soffit patching and sealing
• Work on roofs and operate ladders up to 32 feet
• Enter attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide solutions to prevent future issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols

Requirements

• Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
• Ability to safely use ladders up to 32 feet
• Willingness to work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces
• Comfortable working closely with wildlife
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in wildlife control or pest control
• Background in roofing, construction, or exterior home repair
• Licensed in wildlife removal (highly preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• Capable of performing physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Comfortable with climbing, bending, and working in confined spaces
