We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hospitality Manager to lead our dynamic motel. Duties

  • Lead and supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth shift management and exceptional service delivery
  • Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to optimize food and beverage availability
  • Train, develop, and mentor staff on food handling, customer service excellence, safety protocols, and operational procedures
  • Handle cash management duties including cash handling accuracy, balancing registers, and reconciling sales reports
  • Implement food safety standards in compliance with health regulations; conduct regular kitchen inspections and staff training on sanitation practices
  • Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions while ensuring client satisfaction and seamless execution

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management with supervising responsibilities in fast-paced environments
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficient in cash handling procedures
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction
  • Background in managing food safety standards; certifications such as ServSafe or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences in casual dining or fine dining settings
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment
