Retail Cashier (Entry-Level)
We are seeking part-time Cashiers to join our team. Job includes providing fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service while creating a positive experience for every customer. This is an entry-level position with training provided. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people in a team-focused retail environment.
The position includes but is not limited to:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide courteous, efficient service at the checkout counter
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately maintaining a balanced register
- Follow cash-handling and loss prevention procedures
- Assist with returns and exchanges according to store policy
- Promote our Ace Rewards program
- Answer basic customer questions or direct customers to the appropriate team member
- Answer Phones
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Support store operations by assisting with stocking and light cleaning as needed
Physical Requirements Include:
- Position requires standing for long periods of time
- Must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs.
Applicant must have flexible availability to work evenings, weekend shifts and Holidays.
Qualifications:
