Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of desserts and sweet treats with precision, following established recipes and safety standards.
- Operate POS system for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Manage inventory control to ensure ingredients and supplies are well-stocked, organized, and rotated efficiently.
- Supervise daily store operations, including shift management, staff training, and ensuring food safety compliance - Team Leader.
- Lead team members by providing clear instructions, coaching on food preparation techniques, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, resolve issues promptly, and ensure exceptional service at all times.
Skills
- Cheerful and friendly personality.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols is an advantage.
- Familiarity with POS system for efficient transactions.
- Excellent team management skills including supervising staff, and training new employees.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, inventory counts, and profit analysis.
- Effective communication skills essential for staff training and customer service excellence.
