Requirements:
- Previous experience in Commercial Plumbing
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience laying out and installing all sizes of copper, cast iron, gas, and PVC pipe
- Skilled in both soldering and using a Pro Press for pipe connections
- Ability to perform leak and pressure testing on plumbing systems
- Knowledge of proper insulation materials and techniques for copper piping
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents
- Maintain as-built drawings with redline changes
- Own Tools and Transportation
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and equipment
- Inspect plumbing systems to find and fix issues
- Handle service calls for emergency and warranty-related plumbing issues
- Operate power and hand tools to get the job done
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial plumbing
- Follow all safety rules, building codes, and all OSHA regulations
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of lifting over 50 lbs and working in tight spaces
- Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and high places
- Able to work in different weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
