We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Body Repair Technician with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in automotive body repair. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including structural restoration, dent removal, and cosmetic refinishing using advanced techniques and tools.
- Conduct welding repairs utilizing MIG welding, automotive welding equipment, and soldering techniques to restore vehicle frames and sheet metal components.
- Fabricate and modify parts using sheet metal, fabrication repair techniques, and working with various hand tools and power tools to meet specific repair needs.
- Execute auto restoration projects by applying automotive body refinishing, auto painting, sanding tools, airless paint spraying, and detailing to achieve a flawless finish.
- Install automotive parts such as auto glass, bumpers, trim pieces, and other components with precision while ensuring proper alignment and fitment.
- Utilize auto estimating skills to assess damage accurately, prepare repair plans, and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair scope.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting, welding operations, and the use of power tools.
- Collaborate with team members on vehicle assembly, mechanical repairs, and automotive parts installation to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working as an automotive body technician in a dealership or collision center environment.
- Extensive knowledge of auto body repair techniques including welding repair (MIG welding), fabrication, auto restoration, and cosmetic refinishing.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, airless paint sprayers, and automotive welding equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance and automotive structural repair.
- Skilled in auto estimating processes along with customer service skills for effective communication with clients.
- Experience working with sheet metal fabrication repair techniques and automotive parts installation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repairs.
- Familiarity with auto glass replacement procedures and automotive dent repair methods is preferred.
- Test Drive Vehicle for Proper Soundness
- Knowledge of economy and luxury vehicles (example: Rolls Royce, Lamborghini, Ferrari)
- Collaborating with paint to ensure proper repair time
