Honoré Construction) aggressive scaling plan. This position requires mastery of safety, quality, production, cost control, scheduling and planning while reporting, managing multiple crews and developing future leaders. ResponsibilitiesLead multiple crews across structural, flatwork, and foundation scopes.Develop and execute 7–14 day lookahead schedules tied to manpower, materials, and equipment.Track productivity daily, using quantities and labor metrics to achieve Labor Efficiency Ratio (LER) goals.Manage and coordinate all concrete placements, including pump scheduling, truck timing, and finishing.Use Raken, Procore, and company dashboards for consistent documentation and performance tracking.Identify scope gaps and communicate to PM.Conduct pre-pour meetings with GC and internal teams to ensure readiness.Maintain survey control and layout integrity throughout the project.Supervise rather than perform labor—delegate effectively.Mentor foremen and assist in developing future superintendents. Growth Expectations (Year 1–3)Year 1 – Foundation: Master DHC systems, safety, quality, production, cost control, schedule, planning, reporting; achieve LER ≥ 2.0.Year 2 – Leverage: Lead multiple crews; train 1–2 rising foremen; LER ≥ 2.2; schedule adherence ≥ 93%.Year 3 – Scale: Manage multi-project operations; mentor upcoming supers; LER ≥ 2.4; ≥ 95% schedule adherence. Technical RequirementsAdvanced knowledge of concrete structural systems, formwork (Symons, PERI, EFCO), and rebar layouts.Ability to plan and execute major placements (200–800 yards) with precision.Strong layout capabilities using levels, lasers, and survey benchmarks.Ability to interpret complex drawings, submittals, and project specifications. Reporting ExpectationsDaily Reports submitted by 7:00 AM including quantities, crew counts, progress photos, constraints, and next-day needs.Daily Huddle Card submitted by 3:30 PM.Pre-pour checklists completed and reviewed with GC the day prior to every pour.Weekly dashboard review with leadership to track productivity and project score.Behavioral & Leadership ExpectationsClear, confident communication; ability to set tone and pace for crews.Demonstrate accountability and ownership over outcomes—no excuses.Maintain safe, clean, organized job sites.Over-communicate issues before they impact cost, quality, or schedule.Uphold DHC culture: discipline, communication, professionalism, respect.Performance ExpectationsLabor Efficiency Ratio (LER): baseline ≥ 2.0; target ≥ 2.4.Rework: < 1% of project value.Safety: Zero recordables.Reporting: 100% on time.Schedule: ≥ 90% adherence baseline; ≥ 95% target.
