Chief Information Officer - Community Credit Union of Florida

Community Credit Union of Florida is seeking a talented individual to join the team as Chief Information Officer. The CIO is the senior executive responsible for leading the organization’s technology strategy, operations, and digital transformation efforts in alignment with its mission and business goals. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the CIO oversees IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and the Project Management Office, while ensuring regulatory compliance and system reliability. The role involves advising leadership and the Board, managing vendor relationships and budgets, driving modernization initiatives, and supporting enterprise-wide projects that enhance member experience and operational efficiency. The CIO also plays a key role in risk management, governance, and cross-department collaboration, while promoting organizational growth and maintaining strong community and stakeholder relationships. A Bachelor’s degree, along with 10 plus years of IT leadership, is required; Master’s degrees are preferred.
