D&H Window Cleaning is looking for reliable, hardworking, motivated people to join our growing team.
We are a third-generation, family-owned company serving Southeast Michigan since 1969, providing professional residential and commercial window cleaning and gutter cleaning.
Experience is helpful, but not required. We will train the right person.

D&H isn’t a seasonal startup. We’ve been in business for more than 55 years, and we have employees who have been with us for 20 years, 10 years, and several for 5 years.

What the Job Is Like
We believe we’re customer service specialists who just happen to clean windows.
This is an active, hands-on job for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying physically active, working with a team, and seeing the results of a job well done.
You’ll typically work with a small 2–3 person crew at residential and commercial properties throughout Southeast Michigan.
Responsibilities include residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, safely working with ladders and professional equipment, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, providing friendly and professional customer service, and working with your crew to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Some Saturdays may be required during peak seasons.
Employees meet at our Sterling Heights shop at 7:00 AM before heading out with their crew.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable transportation to our Sterling Heights shop
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to safely perform physical/manual work
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
