• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Providing accurate information about our services and products.
• Assisting customers in scheduling consultations or appointments.
• Resolving customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

This role is all about creating a positive experience for our customers and supporting them throughout their home improvement journey.
