The What
What will you be doing?
- Identify, evaluate, and optimize business workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance. Map current processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement changes. Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
- Assist with sales quote documentation (RFQ's) outlining the fixed costs, itemized materials/services, and delivery terms sent within 24 hours to secure sales.
- Enhance, and maintain end-to-end customer product life cycle.
- Facilitate the management of product data, including lifecycle tracking, product launches, discontinuations, and updates.
- Own the CRM database, keeping all customer and sales records current, accurate, and secure.
- Lead and support electronic data interchange (EDI) processes to enhance order processing and data accuracy.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, sales, or a related field.
- Customer service experience within a manufacturing environment required.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales databases, and MS Office Suite.
- Adept at utilizing EPICOR or similar ERP platform.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with RFQ processing, pricing and costing, product lifecycle management, and compliance documentation.
- Experience with EDI processes and reporting tools is preferred.
