Responsibilities
- Remove and replace auto glass with precision, ensuring a perfect fit and secure installation using hand tools, power tools, and specialized glass assembly equipment
- Handle heavy lifting safely when installing large or heavy glass panels, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Maintain detailed records of each job, including auto estimating documentation and service reports
Experience
- Prior dealership experience or background working with auto glass installation is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software enhances job performance
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Experience working with auto glass, auto body components, or in automotive maintenance environments is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent communication skills ensures customer satisfaction
