Warehouse DC Associate

Duties

• Assist with order picking, packing, and fulfillment using barcode scanning and warehouse management systems
• Manage inventory through accurate stock counting, cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems
• Prepare products for shipping by packaging items securely and verifying order accuracy through quality control checks
• Support shipping and receiving processes by organizing inbound and outbound shipments with proper documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and operational efficiency
• Want to learn Material Handling Equipment? We can train on that as well.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn new skills related to warehouse operations and equipment operation
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely
• Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and barcode scanning accuracy
• Comfortable working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order fulfillment
• Strong attention to detail for quality control, order picking, and packing accuracy
• Adherence to safety protocols including PPE use, safe operation of heavy equipment, and proper handling of materials
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
