The Senior FP&A Procurement Analyst partners with Procurement, Vendor Management, and Operations to drive profitability, productivity, and data-driven decision making. The Senior FP&A Procurement Analyst partners with Procurement, Vendor Management, and Operations to drive profitability, productivity, and data-driven decision making. The role focuses on procurement analytics modernization, ERP enablement (SAP S/4HANA), and advanced financial modeling and visualization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and track procurement productivity metrics, calculations for project ROI, and vendor funding performance.
- Design, test, and implement dashboards and automated reporting using Tableau, PowerBI, Cognos, or similar BI and visualization tools.
- Support demand generation or ad hoc ROI initiatives through financial analysis and performance tracking.
- Lead change efforts on productivity improvement, automation opportunities, inventory performance, and financial modeling
- Build and maintain procurement financial models supporting vendor programs, buy-ins, inventory, and working capital.
- Act as FP&A partner for SAP S/4HANA and ERP initiatives, including reporting design and data validation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5 years FP&A or procurement operations experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a focus on interpreting and recommending actions
- Demand generation, procurement modeling, or IT distribution knowledge
- Excel, Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, or similar visualization tools w/ SQL experience.
- SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementation experience
