Working alongside project management and other team members, you will:Assist with project setup and maintenance of project recordsPrepare and administer subcontractor contractsIssue and track owner and subcontractor Change Orders via DocuSignCoordinate prime contract insurance certificatesRequest, evaluate, and monitor subcontractor: insurance certificates, Contractor’s License, Business License, Labor compliance, IIPP & SDSProcess submittalsCollect, log, and assemble project closeout documentsAssist with preparation of RFP responses and distribution of project bid packagesGeneral business operations supportThis position has room for growth and is ideal for someone interested in expanding their career in construction project administration.What’s Required by You5 years of relevant experienceExcellent written and verbal communicationsStrong organizational, analytical, and recording skills with the ability to effectively prioritizeAbility to work with minimal supervisionProficient in Microsoft Office and DocuSign; Procore experience is a plusMust be local to the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work at the office in Berkeley.
