$85,000–$170,000 annual earnings (top performers exceed this)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment
- Provide clear, honest recommendations to customers
- Complete service calls efficiently while delivering a great customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of HVAC service experience (diagnostics, maintenance, repairs)
- EPA Certification (Universal or Type II)
- Strong communication skills and professionalism with customers
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in the field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
