The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, program management expertise, and experience working within USSTRATCOM organizations to successfully oversee day-to-day operations, personnel management, financial reviews, and contract execution.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, program management expertise, and experience working within USSTRATCOM organizations to successfully oversee day-to-day operations, personnel management, financial reviews, and contract execution.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the on-site project manager physically present at USSTRATCOM/J7.
- Provide leadership and oversight for contractor personnel supporting multiple task areas and workstreams.
- Own end-to-end delivery of program scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management activities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, monitor task progress, and ensure timely completion of contract requirements.
- Review task-order-related financial data, project milestones, and contract deliverables to ensure performance objectives are met.
- Prepare and deliver executive briefings, program reviews, status reports, and other communications to Government and company leadership.
- Serve as the primary liaison between contractor personnel, Government CORs, technical representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate contractor travel, staffing actions, onboarding, out-processing, and personnel support activities.
- Maintain current security access requirements and support coordination activities with USSTRATCOM Headquarters.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure products meet quality standards and Government expectations.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams through effective staffing, training, and performance management practices.
- Identify and mitigate program risks while supporting continuous process improvement and mission success.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Strategy, Public Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a project lead or project manager supporting a government task order with 20 or more contractor personnel.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience supporting USSTRATCOM organizations and administrative processes.
- Experience managing contractor in-processing, out-processing, staffing actions, and coordination processes within USSTRATCOM environments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, financial summaries, status reports, and executive-level communications.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain performance in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- FAC-P/PM certification.
- DAWIA Program Management certification.
- Experience supporting strategic command, joint training, or defense operations environments.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
- Occasional travel required, up to 10%.
- On site at Offutt Air Force Base, Bellevue, Nebraska.
