What You’ll Do
- Safely load and unload freight from trucks using manual and powered equipment
- Sort, stack, and organize shipments according to routes and delivery schedules
- Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for accuracy and visible damage
- Secure cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area
- Assist drivers and warehouse staff with daily operations
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly during scheduled shifts
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
