Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Glassbead Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating glassbead blasting equipment to achieve precise surface finishes on various components. Your expertise in machinery operation, safety procedures, and quality control will ensure the production of high-quality products that meet strict specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills make a tangible impact.

Summary of Position:

Individual must possess the physical ability and mental capability of safely and effectively operating pneumatic glassbead machine, as well as operate a forklift

Duties & Responsibilities

Work daily in glassbead shop, shooting equipment to achieve a final finish
Must be able to work weekends and overtime
Be flexible to assist in other departments as needed or required by shop management
Follow directions and instructions provided by Shop Manager, Shop Supervisor and Shop Lead

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to read prints and spec sheets
Ability to lift and/or handle sheet metal up to 100 pounds
Possess the ability to work safely in all situations
Ability to read a tape measure in 16ths of an inch
Ability to work with others
Ability to drive a lift truck required. Must pass certification
