Description of Duties:
Lifting and Manipulating heavy objects daily
Run equipment, lead crew members, helps and assist them
Installation work includes, tree planting, sod/seed work grading, brick paving, sprinklers, shrub trimming landscaping lighting
Maintain 9 out of 10 customer satisfaction rating
Run jobsites, clean, efficient, quality oriented
Maintain profitable jobs, run jobs within budgeted hours
Adapt to changing weather conditions
Be on time with great attendance
Maintain jobsite safety at all times
Clean valid drivers license and Chauffer endorsement
MDOT medical examiners card
Able and comfortable pulling trailers and equipment
Able to operate variety of landscape equipment
2-3 yr background with landscaping type work (Additional training can be provided)
Able to lift 75 Lbs throughout the day
50-60 Hours per week
Year end performance Bonus
High school diploma completed
