Responsibilities
Excellent communication skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Experience with project management software tools and general computer software
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Responsible for the successful completion of all aspects of the project
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
Knowledge of Plumbing and Mechanical systems, blueprint reading, material installation, local and state codes, and industry design practices
Problem solver
Must effectively manage time and details
Must prioritize in a fast paced multi task environment
Build and maintain customer relations with General Contractor, Owner, Sub-contractor, vendors and other team members.
Must have 5 years minimum experience in Construction Project Management.
