Home Building Team Member

We are a general contractor specializing in pole barns, new home construction, fences, and renovations across Middle Tennessee.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on work in metal siding, framing, electrical, plumbing, and general construction
• Work independently or collaborate with other trades on residential job sites
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
• Adapt to various project needs and learn new skills as required

Requirements:

• Experience in metal siding, electrical, plumbing, framing, and general construction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn additional construction skills
• Must provide your own basic hand tools (larger tools and work vehicle provided)
• Reliable transportation to job sites around Middle Tennessee
• Clean criminal background check and passing drug test required
• Licensing NOT required
